Pricing
How does your pricing work?
General junk is priced by volume — how much space your items take up in our trailer — not by weight: $145–$650, from the $145 minimum to $650 for a full trailer. Construction debris is priced by the load ($199–$899), and demolition by scope ($399 to $1,800+). All quotes are upfront and confirmed before we start. No hidden fees.
What's the minimum charge?
$145, which covers a single piece or a few items.
How much is a dumpster bag?
$299 per bag, paid in full before drop-off.
Scheduling
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes — same-day when available. Send us photos and we'll schedule the soonest pickup we can, same-day or next-day.
How do I get a quote?
Send photos of the items through our quote form, or call (518) 833-9416. We'll give you an accurate price and schedule a pickup time that works for you.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
It's helpful if you can point out items, but it's not always required. If items are easily accessible and clearly marked, we can often complete the job while you're away. Just let us know your preference when scheduling.
How long does a pickup take?
Most pickups take between 15–45 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the job. Larger estate cleanouts may take a few hours.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sun: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
What we take
What items do you take?
Almost everything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, and household junk.
What can't you take?
Hazardous waste like paint, chemicals, or fuel.
Do you remove pianos?
Yes. Piano removal is quoted per job — send photos of the piano and the way out.
Do you tear out carpet?
Yes. Carpet tear-out is quoted per job, and we haul the old carpet away.
Do you disconnect appliances?
No. Appliances must be disconnected before the crew arrives.
What do you do with the junk?
We dispose of everything responsibly and recycle or donate whenever possible to keep usable items out of the landfill.
Should I get a dumpster bag or book a crew?
A dumpster bag is for loading yourself on your own schedule (household items only, no heavy construction debris). A crew is the faster path when you want it gone in one visit or would rather not do the lifting.
Moving
Do you help load or unload moving trucks?
Yes. Our moving labor service loads or unloads your moving truck or portable storage container. It's quoted per job.
