How are cleanouts priced?
By trailer space, $145–$650. Our price list puts a room cleanout at a 1/2 trailer ($385), a garage at a 3/4 trailer ($525) and a whole house at a full trailer ($650).
How long does a cleanout take?
Larger cleanouts, like an estate, may take a few hours. Smaller pickups usually take 15–45 minutes.
What happens to things that are still usable?
We recycle or donate whenever possible to keep usable items out of the landfill.
Should I get a dumpster bag instead?
If you'd rather load it yourself over time, a dumpster bag is $299. If you want it cleared in one visit, book a crew.
