3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is volume-based and determined on-site. Final pricing will be provided before work begins. Payment terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Prices are subject to change based on volume and complexity
• Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials or specialty items

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We offer same-day and next-day service availability. Cancellation policy:

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensuring clear and safe access to removal areas
• Disclosing any hazardous materials or special handling requirements
• Obtaining necessary permissions for removal (e.g., building management approval)
• Removing personal or valuable items before service

6. Items We Cannot Remove

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)
• Biological waste or biohazards
• Radioactive materials
• Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

7. Liability and Insurance

Prograde Cleanouts is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable care when removing items; however, we are not liable for damage to property that results from normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions. Customers should report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Environmental Commitment

We are committed to eco-friendly disposal practices. Whenever possible, we donate, recycle, or repurpose items rather than sending them to landfills. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be recycled or donated.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Norfolk, Virginia, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

10. Modifications to Terms

Prograde Cleanouts reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
